Keio University confers the Honorary Degree of Doctor on Professor Marcel K. Richter of the University of Minnesota

At 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 3, Keio University conferred the Honorary Degree of Doctor upon Prof. Marcel K. Richter, Professor of the University of Minnesota, during a ceremony at the Mita Public Speaking Hall (Mita Enzetsu-kan).

Keio University decided to confer the Honorary Degree of Doctor upon Prof. Richter on the recommendation of the Faculty of Economics, in appreciation of his significant contributions to the development of economic theory and his dedicated efforts to establish a cooperative research relationship between the University of Minnesota and Keio University in the field of theoretical economics.
