Establishment of the Institute for Economic Studies

On 1 April, 2013, the Faculty of Economics at Keio University established the Institute for Economic Studies (IES). The first director is Professor Naoyuki YOSHINO. The Institute will serve not only the Faculty itself but Keio University as a whole by supporting research in the field of economics, disseminating research outputs, and offering liaison services for both joint research projects and applications for funding.

The Institute will establish a dedicated website, but until then, information about its activities will be announced on the Faculty of Economics website.
