

Double BA Programme between Keio University and Sciences Po
About the Programme
Students from both universities taking part in this Programme will study together for three and a half years at two campuses in two countries, and upon satisfying the graduation requirements of both institutions, will be awarded two B.A. degrees. After graduation, students will have the option of advancing on to M.A. programmes at Sciences Po.
Through this Programme, we aim to cultivate next-generation leaders who will be equipped with rich international awareness and broad learning, as well as specialist knowledge in the field of economics.

About the Universities
Keio University
Keio University is Japan’s very first private institution of modern higher learning, founded in 1858. Since then, Keio has produced many political, social, and economic leaders, and has risen to the forefront of innovation in various academic fields. The forerunner of the present Faculty/Graduate School of Economics was founded in 1890 as the first higher education department in Japan to promote the study of economic issues.
Sciences Po
L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, known as Sciences Po for short, is an international research university in the fields of humanities and social sciences, located in France. Founded in 1872 with an original mission of promoting dialogue among scientific and applied knowledge, Sciences Po has given rise to a number of distinguished academics, as well as business and political leaders.

Application Requirements and Admission Process
For applicants applying through Keio’s website
Applicants must be incoming new students(*) or first-year students(**) at the Faculty of Economics, Keio University.
*They will join Sciences Po in the fall semester of the first year. Incoming PEARL students will take part in this Programme at the same time as students from Sciences Po, but will graduate in four years.
**They will join Sciences Po in the fall semester of the second year.
Because all classes at Sciences Po are taught in English, all applicants must submit their test scores of English proficiency tests. The required minimum test score is 90 for TOEFL iBT or 6.5 for IELTS.
It is possible to apply to both the Double Degree Program and the March selection for Faculty-wide Exchange Program, but the selection for each will be conducted separately. If you are accepted to the Double Degree Program as your first choice, you may withdraw your application for Faculty-wide Exchange Program.
